At Mora Play, we specialize in crafting high-quality chess pieces. It all began with Industrias del Ajedrez, which in the 1940s was already producing handcrafted boxwood chess pieces—always with its own unique designs. They created the famous Iberian Staunton, which remains the centerpiece of most national tournaments to this day. Today, we offer over 60 chess set options, allowing you to choose from a wide range of models, sizes, and colors. Furthermore, we are the only chess piece manufacturer in Europe that produces entirely on-site.

Principalment utilitzem fustes autòctones, el boix i l’olivera prové de boscos propers. Des del tros de fusta fins a una peça d’escacs acabada hi ha multitud de processos i operacions. Les nostres mans toquen moltes vegades cada peça. Si busques fer un regal especial o et vols auto-regalar unes bones peces d’escacs, estàs a bon lloc; obtindràs un joc d’escacs amb personalitat, únic i amb gran valor. Tenim molta història i experiència en la torneria i artesania de fusta i sentim un gran amor i respecte pels escacs.
