Returns

You have a period of 14 working days from receipt of the product to notify us of the return by e-mail to info@mora-play.com. In order for your claim to be accepted, the item must be in the same condition as it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling. The return postage will be borne by the customer and once the package is received, we will refund the full amount of the order.

 

If the reason for the return is a tare or a manufacturing defect, photographs will be requested showing this defect. It is understood as a defect or manufacturing defect: breaks, cracks or obvious holes in the wood or defects in paint or varnish (lack or access of varnish, for example). Small knots, changes in tone or color are understood as part of the naturalness of the wood, and we do not understand it as a defect, but as a particularity of the material. In this case Mora Play will take care of the return shipping costs or the shipping costs of sending a new piece.

 

If the defect is the fault of the transport, it is essential to note on the delivery note from the transport agency, that the package was delivered with a bump. Therefore, it is important to check the package upon receipt.

 

Our products are handmade and most of the processes are manual, so there may be slight variations between pieces or between the item and the photo shown in the online store. Mora Play carefully selects, chooses and reviews all items, but if for any reason you receive an item in poor condition, we will serve you as best we can and find a solution.
